Hi, my name is Cristina
I’m a certified Emotional Mastery Coach and mentor who guides women and men to feel grounded, secure, and clear in who they are. I am passionate about helping my clients build deep self-trust, honor their needs, and show up in relationships from a place of inner safety rather than survival.
With a background and education in evidence-based, trauma informed coaching, I specialize in emotional regulation, self-esteem strengthening, and boundary setting, both internal (thoughts, self-talk, and nervous system) and external (relationships, work, and family). I support my clients in naming their healthy qualities with confidence, while compassionately taking responsibility for character defects, unhelpful patterns, and the stories that keep them stuck.
As a mentor, I am known for my grounded presence, clear communication, and ability to translate complex emotional concepts into simple, practical tools. In my sessions, I weave together psychoeducation, nervous-system awareness, mindset work, and values-based action so my clients not only understand themselves better, but also practice new ways of being in real time.

This 8-week private coaching program is a deep dive into Emotional Mastery, designed to strengthen your self-esteem, create emotional stability, and support you in building a life of freedom surrounded by honest, healthy relationships.

This free virtual support group is a safe, confidential space to explore your connection to self, self-esteem, and relationships in safe community. Each gathering includes a guided reading on themes like stability, freedom, boundaries, and connection, followed by an open group discussion where you’re invited to share, reflect, and be seen.
We meet live in a confidential online room, so you can join from anywhere and still feel supported, seen, and understood. Together, we practice honest conversations, build emotional awareness, and learn from one another’s experiences while honoring privacy and consent for everyone in the space.
