I’m a certified Emotional Mastery Coach, and I help women and men feel secure, and clear in who they are. My work is about helping you build real self-trust, learn how to regulate your emotions (without feeling like you’re “fixing” yourself), help you get your deep laugh back if you’ve lost it, and show up in your relationships from a place of safety instead of survival.
I come from a background in evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching, and I specialize in emotional regulation, self-worth, and boundaries - both internal (your thoughts, self-talk, and nervous system) and external (your relationships, work, and family). Together, we’ll get honest about what’s working, what’s not, and authentically unpack the patterns, habits (maybe additions), and stories that may be keeping you stuck, without shame, and surprisingly excitement .
People often tell me they feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves in our sessions. I bring a grounded presence, compassionate honesty, and yes, some fun, to conversations that can sometimes feel heavy. I’m really good at taking complex emotional concepts and turning them into simple, practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
In our work together, we blend psychoeducation, nervous system awareness, mindset shifts, and personal values so you don’t just understand yourself better, you actually start living differently.

Each week includes a 1:1 coaching session customized to your personal goals and progress. Between sessions, you’ll have unlimited support via message or voice notes, offered under a “use it, don’t abuse it” policy to encourage healthy boundaries and intentional communication.

This 8-week private coaching program is a deep dive into Emotional Mastery, designed to strengthen your self-esteem, create emotional stability, and support you in building a life of freedom surrounded by honest, healthy relationships.
Across eight intentional weeks, we focus on understanding your emotional patterns, healing what keeps you stuck, and developing the skills to lead yourself with clarity, confidence, and inner trust.

Learn practical emotional regulation tools to navigate triggers, overwhelm, and self-doubt with more ease.

Each week includes a 1:1 coaching session tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and season of life. Between sessions, you have unlimited support via message or voice notes under a “use it, don’t abuse it” policy, meaning you’re encouraged to reach out when you need support, while we honor healthy boundaries, response times, and intentional communication.

This free virtual support group is a safe, confidential space to explore your connection to self, self-esteem, and relationships in safe community. Each gathering includes a guided reading on themes like stability, freedom, boundaries, and connection, followed by an open group discussion where you’re invited to share, reflect, and be seen.
We meet live in a confidential online room, so you can join from anywhere and still feel supported, seen, and understood. Together, we practice honest conversations, build emotional awareness, and learn from one another’s experiences while honoring privacy and consent for everyone in the space.
